HR Unit Coordinator
A vacancy is announced at the Clinic “Gerars” for the position of “HR Unit Coordinator”:
Address: Tbilisi, Temka, Mukhiani Street No. 2a
Working hours: Monday-Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
Main functions and responsibilities:
Development and implementation of the company’s HR strategy;
Management of the recruitment and selection process (End-to-End);
Management of employee evaluation, development and motivation systems;
Management of the full administration cycle;
Compliance with labor legislation and updating HR policies;
Development of employee engagement and corporate culture;
Consulting management on HR issues;
Qualification requirements:
Higher education (HR, business administration, psychology or related field);
At least 3-5 years of experience working in HR;
Good knowledge of labor legislation;
Analytical thinking and strategic planning skills;
High level of confidentiality;
