Patient Visitation Rules and Hours
For visits, you must:
- Contact the pass office
- Present identification document
- Receive a visitor pass
- Visiting Hours:
All inpatient departments – Daily: 🕘 16:00–17:00 - General Intensive Care Unit –
▪ Thursday: 🕘 16:00–16:30
▪ Saturday: 🕘 16:00–16:30 - Cardiac ICU – Visitors are not allowed!
Restrictions:
- Patient visits are allowed for persons 12 years and older;
- Maximum 2 visitors per patient (alternating);
- Only 1 visitor is allowed in the General ICU;
- Please refrain from visiting if you have virus or cold symptoms, such as: fever, cough, or runny nose.
- Depending on the patient’s condition, staff may temporarily restrict visits.
Please note that following safety rules is essential to prevent patient fatigue and infection risk, ensuring successful treatment.

Is it Possible to Receive Test Results Electronically?
Yes, it is possible.

- Liver Function Tests (ALT, AST, GGT, ALB, TBIL, DBIL)

- Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP), in blood
- Complete Blood Count, ESR
- Total Protein (TP), in serum
- Triglycerides (Trig), in blood
- Total Calcium (CA), in blood
- Iron, in blood
- Prolactin (PRL) in blood
- Magnesium (Mg), in blood
- Lipid Profile in blood serum (TCHOL, TG, LDL-CHOL, HDL-CHOL)

- Yes, there is a cafeteria on the first floor of the clinic, accessible to patients and visitors.
- Inpatients are provided with specially tailored meals included in the medical service cost under the DRG financing program.
