Objective
The primary objective of the nursing policy is to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective nursing services at Jerarsi JSC.
This policy is designed to:
- Establish a structured framework for the operation and management of nursing services, ensuring that hospital care is patient-centered, evidence-based, and complies with both local and international healthcare standards;
- Define general requirements for nursing staff, including qualifications, competencies, and human resource management;
- Facilitate strategic planning of nursing services, staff competency and qualification verification, support systems, policy development and implementation, and inpatient care procedures, to ensure that nursing practice aligns with the evolving needs of patients and healthcare systems;
- Promote continuous professional development of nurses, adherence to learning, skills, and best practices in patient care;
- Support the implementation of specialized training programs and the development of nursing care plans to improve clinical efficiency, specialization, and modern nursing practices;
- Promote the establishment of performance indicators and quality improvement initiatives in nursing services, aimed at measuring patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and operational efficiency;
